About Our VISION:
312 N Van Buren St, Enid, OK, 73703          Phone (580) 234-7690
Our VISION here at Harvest Time, in it's simplest form, is what we desire to see happen through our lives and our ministry. In that, we attempt to communicate our vision according to what we are FOR:

First, we are FOR THE CHURCH.  We desire for the Church in Enid, in the United States, and in the World, to truly become all that God has made it to be. We believe Jesus' words when He said that the 'gates of Hades would not prevail' against His Church.  We are committed to seeing the Church be ONE as Jesus' prayed that it would be in John 17. We are also committed to seeing genuine love and grace poured out into our own community through the fellowship of believers here at Harvest Time.

Second, we are FOR THE CITY. Jesus commissioned his followers with these words in Acts 1:8 - "And you shall be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria..." Enid, is our JERUSALEM; it is OUR CITY. The surrounding counties, and even the state of Oklahoma, could be considered our Judea and Samaria. Our primary calling and commission, however, is to be the love and light of the gospel of Christ right here in our city before anywhere else. That is accomplished through the ministries that we endeavor to invest in and, more importantly, through the lives that we live as a part of the culture of our city.

Third, we are FOR THE NATIONS.  "...and to the ends of the earth," is how Jesus completes His statement Acts 1:8.  The role of the church is to be His witnesses wherever He is working, which is everwhere.  Jesus' commission to His disciples in Matthew 28:18-20  makes it clear that the pattern that He had set for them during His ministry on earth is what we are called to continue; "Make disciples of all nations," He said. We believe that we can influence the nations from right here in Enid, OK.  Through fervent, consistent prayer, through targeted giving, and through the sending out of workers fit for the harvest, we will see God use us in the world.

For the CHURCH. For the CITY. For the NATIONS.
"Vision is the clear mental picture of what could be, fueled by the conviction that it should be."

"We must let a sense of ownership permeate the way we think about the land and community around us.  We must begin to identify ourselves with the future of our cities."
                Sunday Adelaja, Transforming Cities
"We are responsible, not for the state of our sanctuaries and sunday school classes, but for state of our communities and our nations."
