Our CULTURE, here at Harvest Time, is distinct from our VISION. While we articulate our Vision according to what we are for and where our lives and ministries are aimed, our Culture describes WHO WE ARE and how our individual and corporate identities are expressed. So, these elements are what we desire to see the the Spirit of God continue to cultivate in our lives and in our church:
Whole-Heartedness
"You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the greatest commandment." -Matthew 22:37-38
God is not a 'half-way' God. He does all that He desires with all that He is! For us to be able to see great and amazing things done in our lives and in our city, we must first cultivate our love for Him. So, whole-hearted love for God is what we desire to be seen in every area of our church; from the way we sing, the way we serve, to the way we think, we want everything to be done with all of our hearts. This is foremost in our culture, and this is what we desire for God to do in you!
Worship
"A time is coming and is now come, when true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth." -John 4:23
Mankind was made for the purpose of worshipping God. In the heart of every human being, there is a need and desire to give admiration and praise and service to something. Until we come to faith in Christ, our worship is consumed with ourselves, and our own sinfulness, but when we have seen how great and how merciful Christ is, we are transformed, and our worship is directed towards Him, in spirit and in truth. We put a high priority on worship here at Harvest Time, and much of our ministry is dedicated to seeing the Lord transform His Church in Enid into a unified body of believers, exalting and praising God, together!
Prayer
"For my house will be called a house of prayer for the nations."

-Isaiah 56:7 & Mark 11:17
Jesus said that His house would be a house of prayer, and His house, is US! We are the temple of God because His Spirit lives in us. Therefore, we are the house of prayer. Harvest Time are a church that believes that prayer ought to permeate our lives and our ministries. It alligns our hearts and our motivations with God's and allows for us to hear from Him and see Him at work. God is raising up a generation of people who will commit themselves to prayer. That is part of our Culture!
Hospitality
"Practice hospitality to one another, especially to those who are of the household of faith." 1 Peter 4:9
Hospitality is an attitude that focuses on others, rather than on ourselves. We are to be lovers of strangers, with brotherly affection for the unknown guest, the foreigners, the poor and all other who come our way who are in Christ's body. Our prayer is that you will find a group of people here that will become an extension of your own family. We love each other and, in any way we can, take care of each other. Hospitality is something we work to cultivate here at Harvest Time!
